Job Description
Full-time role based in Ogba; preference for candidates near Agege, Abule-Egba or Ikeja. We seek dependable, motivated Collection Officers to contact customers about outstanding loans, negotiate repayment plans, record interactions, and follow company policies. Requirements: SSCE/OND/NCE (statement required), residence in specified areas, strong communication and negotiation skills, basic computer literacy preferred. Target-driven, team-focused environment; prior collections or customer service experience a plus. Compensation: ₦90,00/month, ₦8,00 attendance allowance, monthly performance bonuses up to ₦100,00, and a performance-based review at six months. Start: Immediate.
