Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist to manage escalated inquiries, resolve complex issues, and ensure an outstanding post-sale customer experience.
Responsibilities include responding to escalated cases via phone, email, and chat; investigating problems; coordinating with cross-functional teams; documenting resolutions; and following up to confirm satisfaction.
Qualifications: 2+ years in customer service or technical support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to prioritize and de-escalate sensitive situations.
