Job Description
Reposebay seeks a creative Head Chef to lead our Lekki Phase 1 kitchen. Full-time, ₦150,00/month. Responsible for overseeing food preparation, menu development featuring African and continental dishes, staff supervision, quality control, hygiene and safety compliance, stock monitoring, waste reduction, and coordination with operations. Requirements: culinary degree or professional training, 3–5 years’ experience as a Head Chef (minimum 3 years), strong knowledge of African and continental cuisines, excellent leadership, creativity, and time-management skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
