Job Description
Yum seeks a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage customer interactions, process orders, coordinate with kitchen and dispatch, and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities: main customer liaison (phone/email/messaging), order updates, records, templates, satisfaction follow-ups. Requirements: 1–2+ years experience, strong communication and problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, near Surulere or Victoria Island, morning/evening shifts. Full-time; ₦90,00–₦100,00/month plus incentives.
