Job Description
Restaurant Manager (Global Rainbow Limited) — Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary ₦150,00–₦180,00/month; accommodation available; immediate start. We seek an experienced, organized Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service, supervise shifts, handle guest complaints, manage inventory and cost control, maintain hygiene and food-safety standards, track sales and basic reporting, and support hiring and staff training. Requirements: minimum 2 years’ restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication, ability to multitask and work under pressure, reliable and service-driven.
