Job Description
As a Collections Officer, you will manage overdue accounts, contact customers to negotiate payments, reconcile records, and coordinate with legal or internal teams to minimize losses. You should have strong communication, negotiation, and record-keeping skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in collections, banking, or credit preferred; proficiency with MS Office and collections software is a plus.
