Job Description
H&C OUTSOURCING LIMITED is hiring a Travel Customer Service Representative in Dugbe, Ibadan. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins; provide flight, hotel, tour, and package information; manage bookings, payments, itineraries, and travel documents; advise on visa requirements; resolve complaints professionally; and promote additional services. Candidates should hold OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be customer-oriented, able to multitask under pressure, proficient in MS Office (booking systems a plus), and ideally have 2 years’ travel customer service experience. Full-time. Salary ₦100,00–₦120,00/month.
