Job Description
Lounge Manager needed at Elevated HR Limited to oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and high service standards. You will lead and develop servers, bartenders, and support staff; manage scheduling, training, performance, inventory and liquor controls; maintain cleanliness and safety; handle guest inquiries and complaints; and support promotions, menu planning, documentation, and financial monitoring.
