Job Description
Datagridx Telecoms seeks an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our service team, improve customer experience, and drive retention. You will set strategy, develop procedures, manage budgets and resources, analyze metrics, and resolve escalations. Recruit, mentor and empower agents while applying industry best practices and new technologies. Requirements: proven managerial experience in customer service or retail, strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication and English, proficiency with service software and databases, troubleshooting and multitasking skills, BS in Business Administration or related field. Full-time. Salary from ₦170,00.00 per month.
