Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy for our company.
You will design and implement HR policies, oversee benefits and payroll coordination, manage talent development and training, ensure compliance with labor laws, and analyze HR metrics to drive improvements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR leadership experience, proficiency with HRIS, strong communication and leadership skills, and thorough knowledge of employment law.
