Job Description
Join Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited as a Retail Supervisor overseeing telecom retail operations across the region. You will lead new store pre-openings (recruitment, merchandising, launch), manage daily store operations (inventory control, displays, preventing stockouts), supervise and motivate store teams, and execute events and promotions to drive sales and customer experience. Conduct regular store visits to ensure SOP compliance, gather feedback, and resolve issues. Requirements: strong retail management experience, preferably in telecom or consumer electronics, with proven team leadership and consistent sales delivery. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Up to ₦350,00.00 per month.
