Job Description
The Training Officer will strengthen telecom retail teams through structured product and service training. You will deliver regional onboarding, product and sales coaching (devices, accessories, services), and run in-person or virtual sessions for new launches. Track training impact via assessments, role-plays, store metrics, and feedback; identify skill gaps and recommend improvements to sales managers to drive customer-facing excellence and sales performance. Requirements: experience training in telecom, FMCG, or retail; strong facilitation, communication, and evaluation skills; solid knowledge of retail sales and customer service. Job type: Full-time. Pay: Up to ₦250,00.00 per month.
