Job Description
We are hiring a Group HR & Admin Manager to lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and administrative operations across multiple sites. You will develop policies, oversee payroll and benefits, manage HRIS, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Ideal candidate has 5+ years HR leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proven ability to manage teams, and proficiency with HR systems. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Strategic thinker, problem-solver, and team player required.
