Job Description
Join our team as a Restaurant Floor Supervisor overseeing daily front-of-house operations, guest service, staff scheduling, and quality control. You will coach servers, manage reservations, resolve guest concerns, maintain dining standards, and ensure health and safety compliance. Candidates must have 2+ years of supervisory experience in restaurants, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Flexible schedule, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure required.
