Job Description
We are seeking a Team Lead for BCB Audit to oversee audit operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities: lead audit team, plan audits, review findings, coordinate with stakeholders, report results, coach staff.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years audit experience including leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with BCB standards and internal controls.
