Job Description
We are hiring a Facility Coordinator to manage building operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships. You will oversee safety compliance, routine inspections, space planning, and coordinate repairs to ensure efficient, safe facilities. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and basic knowledge of facilities systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Proficiency in scheduling software and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are required. This role reports to the Operations Manager and may require occasional after-hours support.
