Job Description
The Inventory and Compliance Lead will manage inventory control, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, and lead a small team to maintain accurate stock records. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing inventory procedures and SOPs, conducting regular audits, reconciling discrepancies, coordinating with procurement and operations, preparing compliance reports, and implementing process improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of relevant regulations, experience with inventory systems (ERP/WMS), and leadership ability. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and audit experience are preferred. This position drives accuracy, reduces loss, and ensures adherence to company and legal standards.
