Job Description
The Clinical Operations Manager leads daily clinical activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflows. Responsibilities include supervising clinical teams, coordinating schedules, managing budgets and resources, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with clinical and administrative stakeholders. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years in clinical operations and demonstrated leadership, project management, and regulatory knowledge. Strong communication, problem-solving, and change-management skills are required. Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement is essential.
