Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Program Management Office (Europe) to lead program governance, standardize delivery practices, and drive strategic initiatives across European operations. You will manage a team of program managers, oversee portfolio planning, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program leadership, proven experience scaling PMOs, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies. A bachelor’s degree and PMP or equivalent certification preferred. This role requires frequent travel within Europe and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
