Job Description
Adron Homes in Alaba seeks a proactive Business Executive to drive property sales and build client relationships. This full-time role involves lead generation, property presentations, networking, meeting monthly and quarterly targets, and representing the company at events. Candidates should have a minimum OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; real estate sales experience is a plus. Strong communication, CRM and Microsoft Office skills, goal orientation, and the ability to work under pressure are required.
