Job Description
Okiero Anthony Okoro Development Foundation seeks a detail-oriented Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to strengthen project tracking, reporting, and performance measurement across programs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing M&E frameworks and tools, tracking indicators, timelines and deliverables, conducting field monitoring in Delta State, maintaining accurate data, preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, supporting proposals with evidence, and ensuring donor compliance. Requirements: undergraduate degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or related field; 1–2 years M&E experience (NGO experience preferred); strong analytical, Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization skills; excellent communication and teamwork. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦70,00/month.
