Job Description
Kriss Kross is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to represent our skating rink as the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will ensure an outstanding ticketing and retail experience while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Verify signed waivers for all skaters.
- Process admissions and retail sales efficiently.
- Respond accurately to customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sales area.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, prior customer service experience preferred, basic math skills.
