Job Description
We seek a proactive Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Manager to support a busy executive. You will manage schedules, travel arrangements, correspondence, and daily errands while ensuring discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities include coordinating household vendors, supervising staff, organizing events, shopping, and handling budgets. Must anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements: 3+ years of PA or lifestyle management experience, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work flexible hours.
