Job Description
FactBase Consulting Limited seeks a Production Supervisor for a reputable FMCG company in Agege. Requirements: B.Sc./HND in Food Science & Technology, Biochemistry, Engineering or related; minimum one year supervisory experience in FMCG production; strong knowledge of health and safety regulations; effective organizational, planning and problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities: supervise production staff to meet daily targets, enforce safety, quality and company policies; monitor machine performance, report equipment issues, maintain accurate production records and daily reports; support staff training and performance improvement. Salary: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month (about ₦150,00). Job Type: Full‑time.
