Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing and Reservations Agent to manage bookings, issue tickets, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service across phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include processing reservations, updating inventory, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, applying fare rules, and coordinating with operations and sales teams. Candidate must have strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills; experience with reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) preferred, and ability to work flexible shifts. High school diploma or equivalent required; previous travel or hospitality experience a plus. Professional, friendly attitude and fluency in English are essential.
