Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Officer – Real Estate and Corporate to support transactional, compliance, and corporate governance matters. You will draft and review leases, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture and financing documents; conduct legal due diligence; coordinate with regulators and external counsel; and advise business units on risk mitigation.
Requirements: Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws, licensed attorney preferred, minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate and corporate law, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, excellent English communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
