Job Description
Five Clover Hotels seeks a Guest Engagement Manager to drive hotel entertainment and engagement, increase footfall, guest satisfaction, and brand visibility. You will plan and run weekly programs—live bands, karaoke, themed nights, and specials—maintain a rolling calendar, contract and manage artists, and oversee logistics (staging, sound, lighting). Coordinate with F&B, Marketing, Front Office, and Security; track attendance, revenue, guest feedback and ROI; ensure compliance with local licensing. Requirements: hospitality entertainment or event management experience, strong creative/entertainment network, fast planning, negotiation, multi-program management, guest-focused commercial awareness, and excellent vendor coordination. Job type: Full-time.
