Job Description
Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities: Develop strategic marketing plans, manage a team of Sales Executives, enhance product growth, ensure asset growth, monitor market conditions, organize promotions, and contribute to business development plans.
Qualifications: HND/BSC in Marketing/Finance/Communication, 5+ years banking experience (2 years in management), strong microfinance knowledge, and effective team player.
