Job Description
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to welcome visitors, manage check-ins and phone calls, handle scheduling, and maintain a neat reception area. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, directing visitors, processing documents, and coordinating with staff. Candidates should have excellent communication and customer service skills, basic computer literacy, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. Prior experience in reception or hospitality is preferred. Must be punctual, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
