Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance Programs Officer to design, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks. The role includes conducting risk assessments, developing policies, training staff, and coordinating audits to ensure regulatory adherence. Candidates should have 3+ years in compliance or risk management, strong knowledge of laws and standards, excellent analytical and communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience with reporting, policy drafting, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
