Job Description
We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support. You will prepare monthly financial reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and support audits. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
