Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Recovery to lead our debt recovery and collections strategy, optimize processes, and manage a high-performing team. You will design recovery policies, oversee KPIs, negotiate with clients and external agencies, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recovery leadership, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience with CRM and collections systems. Proven track record of improving recovery rates and operational efficiency required.
