Job Description
Design and deliver total rewards and talent programs aligned to business goals. Own compensation benchmarking, benefits strategy, performance management, job evaluations, and reward communications. Advise leaders on pay decisions and workforce planning. Use HRIS and data analysis to monitor market trends and support talent reviews. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR or business, 3+ years in compensation/rewards, advanced Excel, HRIS, strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
