Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting. You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, financial controls, compliance, and audit coordination while managing a small finance team. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, forecasting, optimizing working capital, implementing ERP improvements, and advising executives on growth and risk. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s preferred), CPA or equivalent, and 8+ years in senior finance roles with proven leadership, strong analytical skills, and ERP experience. Excellent communication, strategic mindset, and ability to drive process improvements required.
