Job Description
Join Breezy Digital Solutions as Farm Manager overseeing our cashew plantation in Kabba. You will plan and manage daily operations—planting, harvesting, maintenance—supervise and train staff, monitor crop health and pest control, manage budgets and procurement, ensure compliance and safety, develop marketing strategies, and report farm progress. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Agriculture or related field (Master’s preferred), minimum 3 years farm management experience (cashew experience preferred), strong leadership and communication, knowledge of best practices, farm management software proficiency, and budgeting skills.
