Job Description
We are seeking an Experience Center Supervisor to lead daily operations, enhance customer engagement, and coach a small team to deliver exceptional in-person product experiences. You will manage staff schedules, maintain visual merchandising and demo areas, analyze visitor feedback, and coordinate events and training. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of retail or experiential management experience, strong communication and coaching skills, basic technical aptitude, and a customer-first mindset. Must be organized, reliable, and able to work weekends and evenings. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and a focus on performance metrics are essential to drive footfall and conversion in a fast-paced environment.
