Job Description

Gloch Stylistic seeks a full-time Procurement Officer to source, evaluate, and select suppliers; prepare and process purchase orders; maintain vendor databases and delivery schedules; negotiate contracts and pricing; coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stores to meet material needs and timelines; track deliveries and resolve supply issues; conduct market research to identify competitive suppliers; ensure purchased items meet quality and safety standards; maintain procurement documentation for audits; prepare spend and supplier performance reports; and assist in developing procurement policies and procedures.
