Job Description

PRETORIA PRINTS seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative with 2 years’ experience. Key duties: review customer orders and transactions, resolve issues, receive orders and process payments, monitor customer satisfaction, manage social media and create content, and communicate with customers in person, by phone, and online. Must demonstrate effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Office: Palmgroove. Preferred applicants from Shomolu, Yaba, Mushin, or Maryland. Salary: N150,00 per month.
