Job Description

We are seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff schedules, and drive sales performance. You will maintain inventory, enforce quality standards, and optimize store profitability.

Required: 3+ years of retail or F&B management experience, strong leadership, budgeting and reporting skills, excellent communication, and ability to work flexible hours. Proven track record in meeting sales targets is preferred.
