Job Description
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain user accounts, perform system updates, and document solutions. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, basic networking, Active Directory, and common helpdesk tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
