Job Description
Media Sales 360 LTD is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Supervisor to oversee and manage our customer service team. The successful candidate will ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Job Summary: This full-time position is based in Lagos, offering a salary range of NGN 600,00 – 900,00. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma and have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: Supervise the team, maintain customer relationships, monitor service quality, and train customer service representatives.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related fields, with over 1 year of experience in customer service, especially within multinational companies.
