Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Supermarket Manager to support daily store operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining merchandising and safety standards.
Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training and coaching team members, managing inventory and stock replenishment, handling customer concerns, assisting with scheduling and payroll, enforcing loss-prevention procedures, and helping drive sales goals.
Qualifications: 2+ years retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, basic math and POS knowledge, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. High school diploma required; retail management coursework or a degree is a plus.
