Job Description
Join our team as a Hotel Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily front desk and housekeeping operations to ensure outstanding guest service. You will supervise, coach, and schedule staff, handle guest concerns, enforce hotel standards and safety procedures, coordinate with maintenance and management, and monitor performance and inventory. Requirements: minimum 2 years in hotel operations or a supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving ability, basic knowledge of property management systems, flexible availability, and a high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree a plus).
