Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will develop HR policies, coach managers, and drive talent development programs to support business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with HRIS.
