Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, visionary Managing Director to lead Yesil Consults’ Consumer Finance House. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic plans, oversee daily operations, manage risk and regulatory compliance, and drive growth of the consumer lending portfolio. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, operational oversight, risk and portfolio management, and mentoring senior management. Required: proven consumer finance experience, strong leadership and management skills, strategic thinking, and financial expertise. This role demands a results-oriented leader capable of scaling operations and delivering sustained portfolio growth.
