Job Description
Location: Alade Market, Ikeja, Lagos. Full-Time (Mon–Fri). Salary: ₦85,00/month. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure service standards, compliance, and process accuracy. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance and service quality; reviewing documentation and processes for accuracy and compliance; providing feedback to management for process improvement; preparing quality reports and maintaining audit records. Requirements: 2–3 years QA or related experience, computer literate, strong analytical and reporting skills, and excellent attention to detail.
