Job Description
BT & Hays Consulting seeks a Document Control Management Trainer. Industry experience is mandatory. Design and deliver a professional Document Control curriculum for engineering, construction, manufacturing and oil & gas, covering document lifecycle, version control, metadata, naming standards, transmittals/submittals, workflows, and EDMS platforms (Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, Asite). Create real project templates (MDR, procedures, transmittal sheets, submission logs), hands-on EPC construction exercises, and ISO compliance/audit practices. Requirements: 3–5 years as a Document Controller in engineering/construction, proficient in at least one major EDMS, strong document management knowledge and organizational skills. Job types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract.
