Job Description
FLEXI MFB seeks a reliable, self-driven Field Collection Agent to support Customer Finance & Recovery. You will conduct on-site visits to recover overdue installments, negotiate repayment plans, verify customer information, update systems, and retrieve devices per company procedures. Coordinate with police on long-overdue or suspected fraud cases, report field activity to supervisors, and collaborate with Risk Control and Customer Service to improve collections while maintaining professionalism. Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc in a related field; field collection or recovery experience preferred; strong communication, negotiation, route familiarity, ability to meet targets with minimal supervision, discipline, and integrity. Job Type: Contract. Salary: ₦150,00–₦180,00 per month.
