Job Description
Heritage Kidney and Medical Care seeks a Human Resources professional to lead recruitment, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compliance, strategic planning, and compensation & benefits. Responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, resolving conflicts and disciplinary matters, implementing appraisal systems, coaching and training, ensuring labor law compliance, updating HR policies, advising executives on workforce planning, and managing payroll and benefits with salary benchmarking. Full-time, permanent position. Minimum 5 years HR experience required. Location: Abuja.
