Job Description
Urielsprout Limited seeks an experienced, organized Hotel Manager to lead daily operations. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in hotel operations, strong leadership, and a proven ability to coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and security. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, conducting training and evaluations, maintaining service and hygiene standards, conducting inspections, resolving guest complaints, liaising with vendors, and escalating major issues to senior management.
